Parchment paper


Always good to have on hand, parchment paper, and more parchment paper.

Ideal for lining pans to facilitate clean-up, but also a great work surface cover when rolling dough on a floured surface. I keep a quantity of half-sheet pan size handy, along with 8″, 9″, and 12″ pre-cut rounds. Also handy for making logs of ice-box cookie dough for cutting, compound butters, etc.
